Explanation
The words of which the first letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Returns and Refunds Policy:

Application means the software provided by the Company which you have downloaded onto any electronic device, called All In One Shop

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to All In One Shop.

Merchandise refers to items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders means a request from you to purchase goods from us.

Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

Website refers to Doser Library Store, accessible from https://doserlibrarystore.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Rights to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you receive the goods or the date a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will compensate you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment methods that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this payment.

Return Terms
For merchandise to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:

Supply goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been clearly customized.
The supply of goods that are by their nature not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or have an expiry date.
Supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons related to health protection or hygiene and have been unpacked after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced merchandise can be refunded. Unfortunately, merchandise on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Return goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend a trackable, insured mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of returns received.

Gifts
If merchandise is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the merchandise was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
